This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: Terms of service – The Wishing Rod
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Which circumstances are out of our control?
We can guarantee delivery within a certain business day range, but we don't have control over events like delayed transit flights, wrong shipping addresses provided by the customer, customs clearance inspections which can sometimes take up to 2 weeks, or strikes by workers in shipping companies. These situations are outside of our control. What we can guarantee is that your order will be sent on the next business day if you choose premium shipping, and once it is received by the local delivery company, it will take no more than 4 business days to be delivered to you.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Expedited Shipping Fees
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. During Q1, Q3, and Q4 of the year, the delivery of products may take between 2 to 4 weeks due to very high demand. Also, we can't guarantee Christmas delivery.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:

Sudan
Free standard shipping is valid on international orders for all orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
MISSED OR REFUSED DELIVERIES
If a customer misses the delivery or intentionally refuses to accept the package, and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In such cases, if the customer requests a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
